How do I know what size unit I need?
If you are using a moving company, they are pretty good at knowing how much space you will need. If you are moving by yourself, you can use the helpful guidelines on the "Units/Pricing" page to get an idea of which unit will work out best.
How quickly can I get moved in?
Stop in or call Monday - Friday between 11am and 4 pm or contact us for weekend appointments. We can also do e-sign leases.
What do I need to bring with me to rent?
You need to bring a valid photo ID (like a driver's license.)
What is required on the date of move in?
Rent is due on the first of every month and pro-rated based on when you actually move in. One month security deposit is required upon move-in and is the same rate as the unit that you are renting. There is a 30-day notice to vacate required prior to leaving.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, and credit card payments/online payments.
Sometimes I may need to get into my unit before or after office hours. Can I do that?
Yes, our tenants have access to their unit(s) 24 hours/7 days a week.
Do I need to get any special kind of lock for my unit?
No, most standard padlocks will fit. Brand-new, high-quality locks are available for sale in the rental office if you need one.
I'm coming with a big moving truck, will they be able to get to my unit?
Yes, there is plenty of room for large trucks to get to your unit and to get in and out of the property. Our storage drive is paved with concrete with easy access to all moving vehicles.
